The meter

What is an advisor turn?

One honest counter, not a menu of hidden costs. Every message to your advisor, and every simulation you run, spends turns from your monthly budget.

Most turns are one credit: routine advisor conversation, option mapping, framing, support. The two premium steps (stress-testing assumptions and synthesising the deck) spend three credits per turn because they use the most capable model. A simulation run costs one credit.

Working one hard question end-to-end runs about sixty credits. The Trial budget is sized to carry a full pilot question with room to spare; the founding-partner budget is sized for several hard questions a month, worked end-to-end. Plenty for a CEO and the people who run the workflow with them.

When you run out, the app stays accessible. Billing and settings never get rate-limited, so you can top up without losing your thread.

In every plan

Nine purpose-built, board-grade advisors. Plus memory, live research, and product support.

The core workflow is identical at every level. The difference between Trial and the founding-partner cohort is how much budget and how many seats you get, not what the product can do.

The workflow  ·  five advisors, one per step

Exploring

Name the Elephant

Sharpen a vague concern into a debatable Strategic Question. The framing the room can argue with.

Structuring

Map the Options

Two to four genuine Options on the table, each with the assumptions that have to be true for it to win.

Challenging

Stress-Test

Every assumption challenged on the record: evidence for, evidence against, and the questions a tough room would ask first.

Quantifying

Simulate

100,000 scenarios per option. Honest Upside, Median, Downside ranges, not a single optimistic number. Shows what moves the numbers.

Synthesising

Brief

A twelve-slide, decision-ready Strategic Brief: three deep-dives, ranges, the recommendation with kill-criteria, a risk matrix, and an assumptions appendix.

On call  ·  four advisors for the conversations between cycles

Paranoid Advisor

Grove-style scan for Strategic Inflection Points and 10X forces. Pulls live market signals (regulatory, competitive, financial) so the threat is named while the window is still open.

Brainstorm Advisor

Co-author Options and Assumptions before locking the framing. Useful when the question is sharp but the path forward isn't.

Critique Advisor

Challenge a recommendation like a skeptical board member. Surfaces the reasoning a hostile question would expose.

Sparring Partner

Practice the conversation before walking into it. The advisor plays the room; you rehearse the answers.

The platform  ·  what every advisor stands on

The deliverable

A twelve-slide Strategic Brief on every hard question. Stakes, three deep-dives, ranges, what moves the numbers, the recommendation with kill-criteria, risks, and an assumptions appendix. Walk in with it. Edit nothing if you don't want to.

Memory across cycles

What the advisor remembers about your company, industry, and decision patterns. Seeded in onboarding, editable. Each cycle compounds: the tenth hard question lands on context the first one didn't have.

Live web research

Conversational advisors validate against current market signals: recent raises in your category, regulatory moves in your geography, competitor announcements. Inside the workflow, not a separate tool.

Product support, on demand

Self-serve answers to how-to questions, drawn from the help center. Not board-grade, but always available if you need to find a feature without leaving your seat.

One hard question, answered with more rigour than you would have managed alone. That is the value. There are a dozen of those waiting for you this year. We’re onboarding founding partners now to shape the product before it ships at scale.
